Chocolate Surprise!.. with Birds Custard Powder

Birds Custard Powder is a great staple to have in the house,

Ingredients:

A large size, good quality, plain milk chocolate bar, such as cadbury or lindt (or one you prefer, you could also use dark chocolate if you prefer, although I find milk chocolate works best)

One batch of hot custard.

Method:

Set out your dessert bowls on the counter and break up the chocolate bar, and put equal amounts in the bottom of each dish.

Make your custard, using Birds Custard Powder, and once boiling and thickened (as per package directions) pour over the chocolate in the dessert bowls, without stirring!

Let sit on the counter while you eat your main course, or they can be refrigerated to eat later.

Then dig in!

The surprise is in the center of the custard, as the chocolate melts then cools in the center of the custard. yummmmmmy! My family absolutely adore this dessert.
