Another great idea, depending on the style of your kitchen or dining room, is to go to the second hand store or antique store, or re-use store, and find a good solid wooden table that you can refinish.. Usualy the chairs are not in good shape, but a good solid wood table can always be repaired and refinished, and that way you only have to shop for chairs... or if money has run out... how about a great looking tablecloth!. Its a great start and covers everything!
